Water Transmission Line RE3 to Mountain Reservoir in Trojena, NEOM, KSA

The Water Transmission Line from RE3 to the Mountain Reservoir at Trojena delivers potable water to one of NEOM’s most ambitious developments – the year-round mountain resort targeting the 2029 Asian Winter Games.

The project encompasses the design and installation of a pressurized transmission pipeline, pumping stations, break pressure tanks, a mountain reservoir, and the associated 33kV power supply network, with full systems integration, testing, and pre-commissioning.

Conserve facilitated Envision Certification across both Design and Construction stages, developing a comprehensive Sustainability Management Plan (SMP), monthly progress reporting against Envision credits, quality of life and community considerations for remote mountain infrastructure, and coordination of Envision documentation with NEOM’s overarching sustainability framework – contributing to the delivery of one of the world’s most extraordinary water supply systems.
